A heater with a CO2 reading of 800PPM can lead to death within 2 to 3 hours. The heater pictured failed the test. This heater has a CO2 reading of 800PPM. Effects from being in a room with such a heater include dizziness, nausea, convulsions and death within 2 to 3 hours.

What is the PPM of your heater?

Do you have a rental property or you are a property manager? You should have your appliances checked regularly for gases that can lead to sickness or even death. Pictured are a C02 and a gas tester. They can be used to measure for dangerous gas leaks from heaters, gaslines and hot water services. Dangerous gas leaks have been known to put people to sleep and cause dangerous fires.

Don't let this happen to you ... this is what happens when non professionals renovate your bathroom. Now it's our job to fix it and stop further damage. The tradie who did this won't come back to fix it and is being quite aggressive. Now this is costing the client more than the original job plus the damage and all the timber floors in adjoining hallways need to be replaced.
